Applied Animation- Finished Animation

Finished Animation

This is our finished animation, after being told of text issues we went for the one below. As it fits in with our theme more. The one from before was simple yet boring, as well as being too small. So this was an easy fix for us to do.
I also re-did the first tree scene. This was becuase the zoom was clunky and looked odd. So I made it smoother and more gentle as an opening shot. So when the song talks about the tree and what is inside, it is zooming into the leaves so this makes it easy to see the transition of when the Orangutan's are on the inside, so creates an interesting illusion and transition.

We also went back through that whole thing and re-colour corrected where needed on scenes until we had it as good as possible. The only issue I have with the finished piece, is the moving set from when the camera was moved. As this is so clear to me, but to others they cannot see it as easily so at least this was a consolation to my worries. So this was my concern from when people view the animation. Where they can see the mistakes. Although when screening it to an audience, others did not see this so it did help me to look past the small issues, and concentrate on the larger image. and how much work we were able to do and how good the final piece looks for our cause and the documentary.
